A big advantage compared to other workshops is that you can take your finished tile home with you immediately after the class, perfect if you're only staying in the city for a short time.
The workshop is suitable for everyone. We would definitely book it again!”

People behind the Azulejos

Hi, I'm Jaqueline. Seven years ago, Lisbon became my home, and its azulejos became a daily inspiration.

I discovered my passion for this craft on the cliffs of Madeira’s island, where I spent my days teaching travellers from all over the world the slow magic of Portuguese tiles.

I paint with two influences on my art: the craft and tradition of Portugal and the warmth and colours of Brazil.

What began as one pair of hands is now a small team.

Together, we create every tile painting experience; from the first brushstroke to the story you take home.
